Reading Food Growing Network aims to:

  • Promote locally grown food in Reading
  • Enable sharing of resources and purchasing capacity between food growers in Reading e.g. seed & manure purchase or plant swaps
  • Facilitate the exchange of information and ideas
  • Provide advice and support to new and existing growers
  • Promote the expansion of sustainable local food production
  • Celebrate local food together at the Reading Town Meal and other events
