Contact form

When you use the Contact Form, you give us your name and either your email or your phone number. These are used only to respond to your message.

RTM growers data

When you sign up for the "Grow for the Reading Town Meal" campaign, you give us your name and either your email or your phone number.

These are used to communicate with you about the campaign, offer tips and advice on the plants you are growing, tell you about Reading Food Growing Network, and arrange collection of any produce at the end of the growing season. You can opt out of the emails at any time by contacting growRTM@readingfoodgrowingnetwork.org.uk

RFGN members data

When you join Reading Food Growing Network, you give us some contact information.

Your email address is used to send you a password. Your username is used, with the password, to give you access to the website. Your username may be used to identify any information you provide to the website (such as blog entries, forum messages, resources and suppliers).

If you gave permission, your email address will have been added to our mailing list. We use MailChimp to manage our mailing list. We send out occasional newsletters about Reading Food Growing Network news and events. There is an unsubscribe link in every email that we send or you can unsubscribe using this form.

Your name and contact information will be used to manage your membership of the Reading Food Growing Network. You can amend your information at any time, by logging in to your account or by emailing webmaster@readingfoodgrowingnetwork.org.uk

Local group data

We hold contact names, phone numbers and email addresses for local gardening groups. These details may appear on the Reading Food Growing Network website if the contact has given permission. We use these details to communicate with the group on an annual basis to check that the details are up-to-date. We may also use them to provide details of Reading Food Growing Network activities that may be of interest to members of the group. The contact details can be updated or removed at any time by emailing webmaster@readingfoodgrowingnetwork.org.uk
