Education and Charities

Food4families

Everyone can learn the magic of growing their own fresh vegetables and salad, right in their own neighbourhood. F4F has a network of community gardens and allotments that run regular drop-in sessions. They can organise a beginner's growing session for you, and help you set up some small veg beds. And they run short cookery courses to turn all the fresh vegetables into tasty meals.
